PROJECT/PURPOSE: TRAVEL AND ADVENTURE SHOW LOS ANGELES and DALLAS 2022
Venue: Los Angeles Convention Center, Los Angeles, California and PDOT LA Office
Date/Time: March 11-13, 2022 and March 29-31, 2022
SCOPE OF WORK/DELIVERABLES:
- Date and Schedule of Work: March 11 to 13, 2022 from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm and March 29 to 31,2022 from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm
- One (1) project assistant needed to provide assistance for 6 days
- Rate: $196.00/day for 6 days plus overtime pay of $24.50 per hour.
- Eligibility Requirements/Qualification of Bidders:
- Must be of legal age
- Have adequate knowledge about Philippine destinations and have a great attitude in dealing with clients
- Must know how to give correct and updated information about travelling to the Philippines and communicates with clients in a professional manner
- Must be able to lift heavy boxes and promo materials to be used in the event
- Must be able to assist in packing and organizing all promotional materials to, during and from the event
- Assist the PDOT LA Officers in the set-up and breakdown of the Philippine booth
