RFQ – TRANSPORTATION HIRE/VAN RENTAL PROJECT/PURPOSE: TRAVEL AND ADVENTURE SHOW LOS ANGELES 2023

Venue: Los Angeles Convention Center, Los Angeles, California Date/Time: February 14-20, 2023

SCOPE OF WORK/DELIVERABLES:

1. Date and Schedule of Work: February 14-20,2023 from 9:00 am to 6:00 pm
2. One (1) transportation/van to be used to carry promo collaterals: backdrop, banners, brochures and promotional giveaways to and from the venue of the event.
3. Estimated rate: $100.00 per day, including insurance, taxes and fees including gas
4. Eligibility Requirements/Qualification of Bidders:
   1. Have a valid State business operator permit and licenses
   1. Have a liability insurance for the business and the insurance for customers when a car is delivered for the rental term
      1. Have good track record in the car rental industry
