- Duration of Transportation Rental: April 23 -25, 2023
- SCOPE OF WORK//DELIVERABLES
- Date and Schedule of Work:
- Minibus(1) – three (3) days from April 23 – 25, 2023
- Van(2) – three (3) days from April 23-25, 2023
- Estimated rate: $320.00 per day, including insurance, taxes, fees, gas, mileages, and other additional coverage
- Eligibility Requirements/Qualification of Bidders:
- Car rental company shall be compliant with applicable insurance, safety, or other motor vehicle requirements
- Car rental company shall be registered for operation
- Have good track record in the car rental industry
- The driver/s shall be with at least 5 years’ experience as a Driver
- The driver/s shall be familiar with local routes and destinations
