Project Description:
The Travel & Adventure Show is a consumer show which draw more than 15,000 attendees yearly. The show is a preeminent travel marketplace in Chicago that showcases hundreds of captivating worldwide destinations from India, Carribean to local drive destinations.
PDOT-New York personnel are travelling for the event to participate in the series of TAS for 2022 in Chicago IL, Washington, D.C. and Boston, MA. Coinciding the said trip is a conduct of Courtesy Call & Meeting with the new Philippine Consulate General in Chicago as well as the conduct of Sales Calls with the travel trade in the respective areas to be visited. Hence, the need for a car service to be used for the implementation of the activities particularly in transporting the materials to be used for the events.
II. REQUIREMENTS/ DELIVERABLES
- Car rental (SUV)
- Daily use within Chicago for the period 17 to 22 February 2022
- Roundtrip and daily use from NYC to Washington, D.C. from 24 to 28
February 2022
- Roundtrip and daily use from NYC to Boston, MA from 04 to 08 March 2022
- Inclusive of Gas and Toll Fee
