REQUEST FOR QUOTATION
The Philippine Department of Tourism in New York requests interested suppliers to submit a quotation for event food provisions with the following specifications:

| Event: | Launch of Very Important Pinoy (VIP) Tour 2026 – Manila|Dumaguete|Cebu |
| Requirements: | Event food provisions for 80 persons Pancit Bam-i (Pansit Bisaya/Cebuano Pansit) Chicken Inato (Dumaguete-style Grilled Chicken) Assorted Street Foods (Binondo-inspired street food – Kikiam, Fishballs, Kwek-kwek, Shumai) Sago at Gulaman Please provide prices per party tray and number of portions per tray for each of the above items (as applicable) in order to determine final order quantities. Note: Portion sizes per person may be smaller as food will only serve as refreshments Delivery fee must be included in the quotation |

Quotations must be submitted to info@philippinetourismny.org on or before October 20, 2025 (3 PM).
Suppliers must be willing to accept payment under the Philippine Government terms.
