II. OBJECTIVES

  1. To position the Philippine as the premier holiday destination of Canadians in Asia
  2. To raise awareness about the Philippines as an adventure and culinary destination
  3. To promote and sell the Philippine tour packages through PDOT San Francisco partner travel agencies
  4. To tap the consumer market and increase arrivals of the mainstream Canadians to the Philippines

III. SCOPE OF WORK/DELIVERABLES

  1. Supplier shall assist Philippine Consulate General in Vancouver (PCG) in the following activities:
    ○ Creating promotional materials such as poster, banner, backdrop for Proudly Philippines getting inspiration from the previous poster design and colors
    ○ Printing of five (5) pull up banners (33 inches x 72 inches) and one (1) backdrop (95 inches x 95 inches) without stand and frame, respectively;
    ○ Social media marketing – post about Proudly Philippines in PDOT and PCG’s Facebook pages
    ○ Invite 3-6 mainstream Canadian agents to join the Travel Fair (booth space is free)
    ○ Create 2-3 press releases before and after the event to be distributed to media contacts
  2. Terminal report once the deliverables are completed

IV. ELIGIBILITY REQUIREMENTS/QUALIFICATION OF BIDDERS

  1. A reputable Canada-based integrated marketing communications agency company with strong nationwide influence both online and in traditional media.
  2. Has experience working with other Tourism Organizations.
  3. Has social media, custom content marketing and distribution capabilities

V. BUDGET
US$2,600.00 for the duration of the project.

VII. EVALUATION PROCEDURE
The winning bid shall be selected not solely based on the amount of bid. The Philippine Consulate General in Vancouver shall also consider the creative presentation. Coverage, marketing value and content of the proposal for the above requirements.
