PROCUREMENT OF TOKENS/CORPORATE GIVEAWAYS FOR THE GLOBAL WELLNESS INSTITUTE – ANNUAL PRESS EVENT

II. PROJECT TITLE : PROCUREMENT OF TOKENS/CORPORATE GIVEAWAYS FOR THE GLOBAL WELLNESS INSTITUTE – ANNUAL PRESS EVENT

III. BACKGROUND :

Wellness Tourism, a component of Health Tourism, has been one of the priority products under the Office of Product and Market Development (OPMD) of DOT that is expected to attract traffic in the domestic and international markets.

One of the activities identified in the 2025 Work Financial Plan is the participation in the Global Wellness Institute – Annual Press Event to be held at JP Morgan Chase Headquarters, New York, USA on January 28, 2025. Part of the budget composition is the wellness-related tokens/corporate giveaways to be distributed in the above event.

IV. MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

  1. Must be US-based capable of delivering the above services
  2. Must be willing to provide services on a send-bill arrangement or alternative means of payment amenable to both parties.

V. SCOPE OF WORK AND DELIVERABLES

  1. Production and delivery of the required goods according to the item specifications and prescribed delivery schedule/details.

3. Delivery Details:

Delivery Date: Items should be received on or before January 27, 2025

VI. BUDGET

Total approved budget is Two Thousand Thirty-Seven US Dollars (USD2,037.00) inclusive of all applicable taxes and delivery charges.

The winning bidder shall be determined based on the proposal’s responsiveness to the Tech Specs and with the most advantageous financial package cost, provided that the amount of bid does not exceed the above total budget.

VII. PAYMENT PROCEDURE

Payment shall be made after completed delivery, acceptance of the tokens/corporate giveaways by PDOT, and upon receipt of the Statement of Account according to government payment procedures. Alternative payment arrangement may be discussed with PDOT, if needed.
