TECHNICAL SPECIFICATIONS
PROJECT: PDOT SAN FRANCISCO’S OFFICIAL TRAVEL TO VANCOUVER, BC, CANADA IN RELATION WITH DOT’S PARTICIPATION IN THE OUTDOOR ADVENTURE SHOW (VANCOUVER)
DATES OF TRAVEL: February 26 to March 2, 2026
REQUIREMENTS:
- Direct / non-stop flights only
- Airline tickets must be re-bookable and refundable
- Must includetravel insurance to Canada for the duration of the trip
- Must be willing to provide services on send–bill arrangement
- Must include luggage allowance for passengers in air tickets
SCOPE OF WORK:
- One (1) international economy-class roundtrip ticket: Los Angeles – Vancouver – Los Angeles
Luggage allowance: 2 bags / 50 lbs. maximum per bag Preferably midday flight - One (1) international roundtrip ticket: San Francisco – Vancouver – San Francisco
Luggage allowance: 3 bags / 50 lbs. maximum per bag
Preferably midday flight
Arrival of flights of passengers (in Vancouver) should at most be one (1) hour difference of each other
BUDGET ESTIMATE: USD 1,200.00 (ALL-INCLUSIVE)
TERMS OF PAYMENT:
- Send bill arrangement
- Tax exemption: To send proof of tax exemption later
