IV. MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
A. Must be a duly registered company in the USA
B. Must be able to supply/deliver the required goods within the date specified
V. SCOPE AND WORK DELIVERABLES
Supply/deliver conference tables:
a. Six (6) units
b. Measurement: 4 to 6 ft length, at least 2 ft depth, standard height
c. Foldable, with wheels for easy storage
d. Particle board or wood finish table top (not plastic)
e. Metal or steel frame/shaft
Delivery Date: No later than October 28, 2024

VI. BUDGET
Total budget: US$1,900.00 inclusive of delivery fees (excluding taxes)
The winning bidder shall be determined based on the proposal’s responsiveness to the technical
specifications and with the most advantageous financial package, provided that the amount of bid
does not exceed the above total budget.
