A. One (1) year lease of office computers with the following specifications, with the option to opt-out or purchase the equipment after the lease period.

VI. BUDGET
The total budget for monthly lease for the three (3) units of computers is EIGHT HUNDREDAND NINETY US DOLLARS ONLY(USD890.00) inclusive of all applicable taxes and should cover all requirements enumerated above.
The winning bidder shall be determined based on the proposal’s responsiveness to the technical specifications and with the most advantageous financial package, provided that the amount of bid does not exceed the above total budget.
