Position: Part-Time Office Assistant
Location: Philippine Department of Tourism-New York Office
Status: Part-time
The Philippine Department of Tourism-New York Office is hiring one (1) part-time Office Assistant. Engagement and contract are on a monthly basis.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
- Must be a US citizen or has legal status to reside and work in the US
- Must be at least a college graduate with relevant degree in office administration, project management, marketing, finance, and the like.
- Preferably with experience relevant to the job. Experience working for government is an advantage.
- Preferably speak in Filipino language
SCOPE AND WORK DELIVERABLES:
- Provide assistance in the implementation of official events (on-site and outside the office premises)
- Assist the office in the following: preparation of documents, accomplishment of office forms, filing, record keeping, research, answering calls/inquiries and other tasks that may be required or assigned
- Available to work for at least 16 hours per week.
- Treat all information handled with confidentiality
- Maintain a Daily Time Record
SALARY PAYMENT TERMS:
Remuneration of USD20.00/per hour of service rendered paid every after full month of service upon submission of Daily Time Network and Monthly Accomplishment Report.
