Modular Wall Design

Background

The Philippine Department of Tourism – San Francisco (PDOT-SF) is engaging the services of a supplier for the design, fabrication, printing, shipping, installation, and removal of backdrop signage at Pier 39. The project aims to provide a visually impactful and durable promotional installation to support PDOT-SF’s destination marketing initiatives.

Objectives

  • To design and fabricate custom backdrop signage tailored to Pier 39 requirements.
  • To ensure proper installation using high-quality adhesive vinyl materials for weather resistance.
  • To dismantle and remove the signage after the display period, leaving the site clean and restored.

Scope of Work

The contractor shall undertake the following tasks:

1. Supply, fabrication, and printing of signage panels:

   – 2 pcs @ 168” x 96” (Front and Back)
  – 2 pcs @ 16” x 96” (Right and Left Sides)
  – 1 pc @ 168” x 16” (Top)
  – Material: GF 226 Adhesive Vinyl

2. Services include panel trimming, preparation, pre-press of files, and roll packing for shipping.
3. Transportation and full installation in San Francisco, CA.
4. Tear-down, removal, and cleanup upon project completion.

Budget and Payment Terms

  • Total Contract Amount: USD 5,000.00 (inclusive of fabrication, printing, pre-press, freight, installation, and removal).
  • Payment Terms: Due upon receipt as per GMG invoice. Late payments subject to 1.5% monthly finance charge.
  • Accepted Payments: Cash, Check, or Credit Card (with 4% processing fee).
