Custom Modular Wall – Build, Install, and Tear-Down at the Fisherman’s Wharf / Pier 39 for the Love the Philippines Campaign
Background
The Philippine Department of Tourism, San Francisco (PDOT-SF), is engaging a vendor to design, fabricate, install, and dismantle a custom modular wall at Pier 39 / Fisherman’s Wharf. This installation forms part of the Department’s destination marketing and promotional activities.
Objectives
- To construct a temporary modular wall structure suitable for outdoor display and promotional branding.
- To ensure safe installation, proper anchoring, and compliance with site safety requirements.
- To dismantle and remove the structure after the display period, ensuring the site is restored to its original condition.
Scope of Work
The contractor shall be responsible for the following:
- Custom Modular Wall Build – Design, materials, and fabrication of modular wall panels for outdoor use, including structural framing and weather-resistant cladding/finish appropriate for signage mounting.
- Installation – Transportation of wall components to Pier 39 / Fisherman’s Wharf, site preparation, assembly, anchoring, and securing of the structure.
- Tear-Down / Removal – Disassembly of the modular wall after the display period, removal of all components, cleanup of the site, and transport back to workshop/storage.
- Printed elements are not included
Timeline
- Installation and Tear-Down Date: December 28, 2023
Budget and Payment Terms
- Total Contract Amount: USD 7.500.00 (inclusive of materials, labor, transport, installation, and tear-down)
- Payment Schedule: 50% deposit upon acceptance of quotation; 50% upon completion of tear-down.
