SCOPE OF WORK/DELIVERABLES:

1. Date and Schedule of Work: April 21,2023
2. One (1) function room with audio-visual set-up, food (lunch and refreshments) and beverage services including free flowing coffee for 40-50 people
3. Rate:

$150.00/person including lunch, refreshments, coffee, beverages, tables, chairs, utensils, linens and audio visual set-up.

• Eligibility Requirements/Qualification of Bidders:
  • Must be licensed as a venue and food establishment by the Los Angeles State Health Department
  • Must have State food safety certifications
  • Have good track record in the hospitality services industry
