TERMS OF REFERENCE
The Philippine Department of Tourism-Los Angeles Office is hiring one (1) part-time Marketing Strategist in a hybrid remote and in-person set-up. Engagement and contract are on a monthly basis.
I. MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
a. Must be a US citizen or has legal status to reside and work in the US
b. Must be at least a college graduate with a degree in Marketing or related field
c. Preferably with experience in digital marketing or working with other NTOs or tourism-related industries
II. SCOPE AND WORK DELIVERABLES
a. Facilitate answering incoming marketing inquiries
b. Create a social media calendar and posting on social media based on the calendar using existing photos and videos
c. Preparing monthly reports
d. Updating of PDOT US offices CRM/database
e. On-site support at events
f. Render 40 hours maximum per month
g. Treat all information with confidentiality
h. Maintain a Daily Time Record
III. PAYMENT
Remuneration of $31.00 per hour of service rendered paid every after full month of service upon submission of Daily Time Record and Monthly Accomplishment Report.
