TERMS OF REFERENCE
The Philippine Department of Tourism-Los Angeles Office is in need of vehicle and driver services to Las Vegas, Nevada on July 18-20, 2025.
I. MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
a. Driver must have a valid driver’s license
II. SCOPE AND WORK DELIVERABLES
a. Driver services for three days:
Los Angeles-Las Vegas – July 18, 2025 (ETD 7:00 AM)
Las Vegas -Los Angeles – July 20, 2025 (ETD 12:00 PM)
b. Must be able to load and unload luggages and equipment.
c. Fuel, parking, toll and other fees to be reimbursed.
III. BUDGET
Two Thousand US Dollars ($2,000.00)
IV. PAYMENT
Send-bill arrangement upon presentation of invoice, trip tickets and other required documents.
