REQUEST FOR QUOTATION
The Philippine Department of Tourism in New York requests interested suppliers to submit a quotation for Catering Service with the following specifications:

| Dinner Theme: | “Eatsperience Pinoy Noche Buena” |
| Requirements: | Full Catering Service for 80 persons Full Dinner Menu consisting of dishes usually served at Pinoy Noche Buena including the following: 2 Starters/Appetizers3 Main Dishes2 Sides (including rice and Filipino noodle dish)1 Filipino Style Whole Pig Lechon3 Filipino Desserts (Puto Bumbong, Bibingka, Palitaw with Tablea Chocolate and SalabatBeverage: Bottled water, assorted sodas, Sago’t Gulaman, Filipino Mocktails, ice) *Please do not use plastic cutleries, cups, etc. *Include table accent pieces / centerpieces, table runner, etc., as appropriate, to achieve the Pinoy Noche Buena theme. *Please provide quotation for sit-down, family-style and buffet service options *Supplier must be willing to do a taste test of the proposed menu *Final number of persons may be subject to change based on final confirmed list |
