RFQ – TRANSPORTATION RENTAL – THREE (3) VANS NEEDED PROJECT/PURPOSE: “BISITA BE MY GUEST” BBMG LAUNCHING
Venue: Los Angeles, California
Duration of Transportation Rental: April 17-28, 2023
SCOPE OF WORK/DELIVERABLES:
1.) Date and Schedule of Work: Three (3) transportation/vans needed for the DOT and TPB officials who will be participating in all peripheral and actual day of activities/events in connection with the project launching.
2.) Date and Schedule of Work: 1st Van – 12 days from April 17 to 28, 2023 2nd Van – 9 days from April 16 to 24,2023 3rd Van – 6 days from April 19 to 24,2023
3.) Estimated rate: $300.00 per day, including insurance, taxes, fees, including gas, mileages and other additional coverage
4.) Eligibility Requirements/Qualification of Bidders:
- Have a valid State business operator permit and licenses
- Have a liability insurance for the business and the insurance for customers when a car is delivered for the rental term
- Have good track record in the car rental industry
