REQUEST FOR QUOTATION
The Philippine Department of Tourism in New York requests interested suppliers to submit quotations for the production, design and delivery of branded promotional materials relative to PDOT-New York’s conduct and participation in events to promote the Love the Philippines brand and Bisita, Be My Guest Program.
Following are the technical specifications for each item/lot:
Lot 1: Tent Banner
Specifications:
1×10 ft with colored print of Love the Philippines logo and icons (single-sided)
With grommets (at least 6 pcs, 1 pc in each corner and in the middle portion)
With pole pockets (4inches, left and right)
Quantity: 30 pieces
Lot 2: Feather Flag
Specifications:
15.5-16 ft Feather Flag with colored print of Love the Philippines logo and icons (double-sided)
With pole set, ground stake, square base, waterbag and carrying bag; with other accessories needed to install flag outdoors
Quantity: 2 sets
Lot 3: Wall Banner Tension Fabric
8x10ft tension fabric (double-sided, fabric only) with colored print of Love the Philippines logo and icons
Quantity: 2 pieces
Target delivery date for all items: June 28, 2024 (latest). Earlier delivery date will be preferred.
Quotations must be submitted to admin.ny@tourism.gov.ph by the end of the day, June 24, 2024, to ensure delivery on the required date.
Suppliers must be willing to accept payment under the Philippine Government terms.
