Background
In support of the Philippine Department of Tourism’s (PDOT-LA) ongoing promotional activities across its key U.S. embassy and consular jurisdictions, there is a need to produce professional and durable event collaterals. These include large-format backdrops and portable pull-up banners, to be used for various cultural, community, and tourism-related events organized or supported by the PDOT and the Philippine Embassy’s and Consulate General offices in PDOT-LA jurisdiction.
Objectives
The PDOT-LA seeks a service provider to design (if needed), produce, and deliver high quality and durable display materials that are consistent with the Department’s “Love the Philippines” branding and can be reused across multiple events in each post.
Capability Requirements
- Must be a registered business in the United States
- Must have experience producing large-format banners for government or corporate clients
- Must be capable of producing banners using high-quality, durable, and professional-grade materials suitable for indoor and outdoor use
- Must be able to deliver the materials to the PDOT-LA office by the agreed deadline
Deliverables
A. 8’x10’ Banners with Heavy-Duty Stands
- Quantity: 6 units
- Size: 8 feet (height) x 10 feet (width)
- Materials: Full-color printed fabric or vinyl, wrinkle-resistant, with reinforced stitching
- Stands: Heavy-duty collapsible backdrop stands with carrying cases
- Includes printing, stands, and individual packing
B. Pull-Up Banners (Roll-Up Type)
- Quantity: 12 units (6 of Design A, 6 of Design B)
- Size: 33 inches (width) x 79 inches (height)
- Materials: Full-color vinyl or polyester print with matte finish
- Mechanism: Aluminum pull-up system with base and padded carrying case
- Includes printing, assembly, and individual packing
C. Delivery
- Destination: PDOT-Los Angeles
- Shipping: Insured ground shipping or equivalent, with tracking provided
- Delivery Deadline: To be completed by May 30, 2025
Contract Duration
The contract duration shall cover production, coordination, and delivery of all banner units to the PDOT-LA offices, from contract signing until successful delivery and confirmation of receipt.
Budget
The total project cost shall not exceed $4,000.00, inclusive of design (if applicable), printing, materials, stands, labor, shipping, taxes, and other applicable fees.
Selection will be based on the lowest responsive and responsible bid that complies with the specifications outlined above.
Payment Procedure and Billing Details
Payment shall be processed upon full delivery of the items and submission of an invoice.
