SCOPE OF WORK/DELIVERABLES:
- Date and Schedule of Work: August 18-21 and August 26,2022
- One (1) transportation/car to be used to carry the promo collaterals: banners, brochures, and promotional giveaways to and from the venue of the event.
- Rate: $200.00 per day, including insurance, taxes and fees but excluding gas
- Eligibility Requirements/Qualification of Bidders:
- Have a valid State business operator permit and licenses
- Have a liability insurance for the business and the insurance for customers when a car is delivered for the rental term
- Have good track record in the car rental industry
