PROJECT/PURPOSE: TRAVEL AND ADVENTURE SHOW LOS ANGELES and DALLAS 2022

Venue: Los Angeles Convention Center, Los Angeles, California and PDOT LA Office

Date/Time: March 11-13, 2022 and March 29-31, 2022

SCOPE OF WORK/DELIVERABLES:

  1. Date and Schedule of Work: March 11 to 13, 2022 from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm and March 29 to 31,2022 from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm
  2. One (1) project assistant needed to provide assistance for 6 days
  3. Rate: $196.00/day for 6 days plus overtime pay of $24.50 per hour.
  4. Eligibility Requirements/Qualification of Bidders:
  5. Must be of legal age
  6. Have adequate knowledge about Philippine destinations and have a great attitude in dealing with clients
  7. Must know how to give correct and updated information about travelling to the Philippines and communicates with clients in a professional manner
  8. Must be able to lift heavy boxes and promo materials to be used in the event
  9. Must be able to assist in packing and organizing all promotional materials to, during and from the event
  10. Assist the PDOT LA Officers in the set-up and breakdown of the Philippine booth
