SCOPE OF WORK/DELIVERABLES:

  2. One (1) Virtual Travel Trade Event Organizer
  3. Eligibility Requirements/Qualification of Bidders:
  4. Must be a reputable integrated marketing communications agency with at least 5 years of experience
  5. Must be able to organize and mount a complete virtual sales mission/exhibition package including the following: virtual event stage with different activity themes, scheduling of business to business networking and meetings, live talks and presentations which are live streamed globally and provide exhibitors booth for each of the Philippine private sector participant
  6. Must provide an analytics platform after the event
  7. Submission of bid starting February 1, 2022 until March 15, 2022.
