PROJECT/PURPOSE: TRAVEL AND ADVENTURE SHOW LOS ANGELES 2022

Venue: Los Angeles Convention Center, Los Angeles, California

Date/Time: March 11-13, 2022

SCOPE OF WORK/DELIVERABLES:

1. Date and Schedule of Work: March 11-13,2022 from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm
2. One (1) transportation/car to be used to carry the promo collaterals: backdrop, touchscreen stand, brochures, maps and promotional giveaways to and from the venue of the event.
3. Rate: $180.00 per day, including insurance, taxes and fees but excluding gas
4. Eligibility Requirements/Qualification of Bidders:
5. Have a valid State business operator permit and licenses
6. Have a liability insurance for the business and the insurance for customers when a car is delivered for the rental term
7. Have good track record in the car rental industry
