TERMS OF REFERENCE
The Philippine Department of Tourism-Los Angeles Office is in need of vehicle and driver services with-in Los Angeles, California for Multiple Dates in October 2025.
I. MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
a. Driver must have a valid driver’s license
II. SCOPE AND WORK DELIVERABLES
a. Driver services for multiple dates in October 2025.
- October 18, 2025 (LAX)
- October 19, 2025 (LAX)
- October 22, 2025 (Costa-Mesa Event)
b. Must be able to load and unload luggages and equipment.
c. Fuel, parking, toll and other fees to be reimbursed.
III. BUDGET
FIVE HUNDRED USD ($600.00)
IV. PAYMENT
Send-bill arrangement upon presentation of invoice, trip tickets and other required documents.
