TERMS OF REFERENCE
Transport Services – October 2025 The Philippine Department of Tourism – Los Angeles Office requires moving and transport services in connection with official activities in October 2025.
I. MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
- Service provider must be legally authorized to operate moving and/or transport services.
- Personnel must be experienced in handling equipment, materials, and passenger transport.
- Must observe safety and handling standards.
II. SCOPE AND WORK DELIVERABLES
A. Transport Services
- Render transport services on October 3 – 5, 2025 (Las Vegas Area)
B. Fuel, parking, toll and other fees to be reimbursed.
III. BUDGET
One Thousand Nine Hundred US Dollars ($1,900.00)
IV. PAYMENT
Send-bill arrangement upon presentation of invoice, trip tickets and other required documents.
Provision of car hire and driver services on the specified dates and submission of official invoice and required supporting documents.
