TERMS OF REFERENCE
Moving and Transport Services – July 2025 The Philippine Department of Tourism – Los Angeles Office requires moving and transport services in connection with official activities in July 2025.
I. MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
- Service provider must be legally authorized to operate moving and/or transport services.
- Personnel must be experienced in handling equipment, materials, and passenger transport.
- Must observe safety and handling standards.
II. SCOPE AND WORK DELIVERABLES
A. Moving Services
- July 17, 2025 – Loading of exhibit materials and equipment for the Las Vegas event. B.
B. Transport Services
- July 19, 2025 –LAX pickup, transport to Koreatown, and return LAX drop-off.
- July 26, 2025 – Pickup and drop-off of staff between LAX and designated hotels.
C. Fuel, parking, toll and other fees to be reimbursed.
III. BUDGET
Six Hundred US Dollars ($600.00)
IV. PAYMENT
Send-bill arrangement upon presentation of invoice, trip tickets and other required documents.
