TERMS OF REFERENCE
I. Temporary Staff for Philippine Departmentof Tourism – San Francisco Office
- Position – Marketing Assistant in a hybrid remote and in-person set-up.
II. Minimum Requirements
- Must be a US citizen or has legal status to reside and work in the US
- Must be at least a college graduate with a degree in Marketing or related field
- Preferably with experience in digital marketing or working with other NTOs or tourism-related industries
- Strong interpersonal skills, approachable, positive, and flexible. Ability to work collaboratively and proactively with internal and external parties
- Self-starter, high degree of initiative and independence – not afraid to ask questions, take constructive feedback, lead new projects
- Effective communicator with ability to communicate professionally in email, in meetings and on the phone
- Critical attention to details
- Working knowledge of social media platforms
- Proficient in: MS Office (Word, Excel, Power Point, Adobe, Canva and virtual/hybrid meeting tools/platforms
III. Payment
- According to prevailing rates in the US and as approved by the Department of Tourism
