TERMS OF REFERENCE
The Philippine Department of Tourism-Los Angeles Office is in need of vehicle and driver services to San Diego, California on October 4 and 6, 2024.
I. MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
a. Vehicle must be duly registered and insured
b. Driver must have a valid driver’s license
II. SCOPE AND WORK DELIVERABLES
a. Vehicle rental and driver services for two days:
Los Angeles-San Diego – October 4, 2024 (12 hours)
San Diego-Los Angeles – October 6, 2024 (12 hours)
b. Fuel, parking, toll and other fees
III. BUDGET
One Thousand Three Hundred US Dollars ($1,300.00)
IV. PAYMENT
Send-bill arrangement upon presentation of invoice, trip tickets and other required documents.
