- Minimum # of Golfers – 150
- Menu package price @ $115/person
- Designated Registration and Awards area
- Registration tables with chairs
- All grass driving range & warm up balls
- Volunteer carts
- Pre-round announcements
- Cart staging and signs
- Scorecards, rule sheet and contest markers, scoring by course, scoreboard
- Shuttle cart to range and back for warm up
- Proximity markers placed on course
- Set up two (2) TV for post golf
- Buffet Dinner
