1. SCOPE OF WORK/DELIVERABLES

ORDER DETAILS

• Conduct the Asia Now US West Coast event at the Klamath boat on May 25, 2023 (Thursday) from 12:30-2:30pm with luncheon buffet for 60 pax
• Provide on-site photography and videography services to document the event
• Multimedia deliverables: raw videos and color-corrected photos for documentation purposes
• Coordinate with other suppliers and vendors during the entire course of event

1. PAYMENT TERMS

• Total amount of USD12,000.00 shall be divided by the 4 National Tourism Organizations (NTO): $3,000 each NTO
