1. Eligibility Requirements/Qualification of Bidders:
   1. Must be licensed as a food establishment by the New York State Health Department
   1. Must have state food safety certifications
   1. Have a good track record in the catering services industry

• Submission of bids fromJan 16 to20, 2023
• Must be willing to accept payment under the Philippine Government Terms
