1. ELIGIBILITY
   The Philippine Department of Tourism Sweepstakes (the “Sweepstakes”) is open to legal residents of the United States and Canada who are eighteen (18) years of age or older at the time of entry. Entrants must be natural persons (not corporations or other legal entities). Employees, officers, directors, and agents of the Philippine Department of Tourism North America, Industry’s Finest LLC, Universal Studios Licensing LLC, Escala Tagaytay, United Airlines, and their respective affiliates and immediate family members are not eligible to enter or win.

2. PROMOTION PERIOD
   The Sweepstakes begins on August 1, 2026 at 12:00 AM ET and ends on October 15, 2026 at 11:59 PM ET (the “Promotion Period”). Entries must be received by 11:59 PM ET on October 15, 2026 to be eligible. Entries submitted before or after the Promotion Period will not be eligible.

3. HOW TO ENTER
   One (1) entry per person for the duration of the Promotion Period. Multiple entries will be disqualified. To enter, visit philippinetourismusa.com and complete the official entry form, providing your full legal name and all other required contact information. Entries submitted by any means other than the official entry form are not eligible.

4. PRIZE
   One (1) grand prize winner will receive:
   • One (1) round-trip economy-class ticket to the Philippines, provided by United Airlines. The following terms apply to the United Airlines gift certificate: 
     • The prize tickets are valid for one (1) year from the date of issuance. 
     • Tickets are not subject to blackout dates and must be redeemed and travel completed within the validity period. 
     • This certificate is valid for the number of confirmed roundtrip ticket(s) as defined under credits in the authorization details. If issued for one-way travel, any unused portion will be forfeited.
     • Offer valid only on flights operated by United or operated by other airlines and branded “United Express”. Otherwise, it is not valid on flights operated by other airlines, such as United-Marketed code share and Star Alliance flights.
     • Itinerary must be a published fare routing.
     • All travel must be completed by the expiration date listed under authorization details. Extension of the expiration date is not permitted under any circumstances.
     • Open jaws are permitted.
     • Stopovers and circle trip combinations are not permitted.
     • Open tickets are not permitted.
     • United reserves the right to limit the number of seats available for travel in conjunction with this offer.
     • Customer is liable for all applicable taxes, fees and surcharges.
     • MileagePlus miles will not be awarded.
     • Space-available upgrade certificates may be used on the day of departure provided all terms of the upgrade are met. All MileagePlus upgrade types (including Regional and Global Premier Upgrades) are not permitted. Purchased upgrades are permitted subject to availability.
     • This certificate may not be used in conjunction with any other award, discount or offer. Customer will be required to provide positive identification.
     • This offer is subject to any government approval and is invalid where prohibited by law.
     • This certificate is nontransferable and is void if sold or exchanged for compensation. If this certificate is purchased, it is subject to confiscation and will not be accepted for travel.
     • In the event of flight irregularity, alternate travel will be provided in the indicated class of service (subject to availability) only on United flights. United assumes no responsibility for any expenses, or tax liability in conjunction with the use of this offer and associated ticket(s) including, but not limited to expenses for accommodations, food or circumstances beyond the control of United.
     • If you choose to ticket by calling United Reservations, please note that there will be a Reservation Ticketing Service Fee. Please advise the agent that you will be using an electronic ER1181 authorization (reference: GG Promo EER). Be prepared to provide the agent the promotion code, certificate PIN, class and travel area application listed under the authorization details.
     • Not eligible for denied boarding compensation.
     • Should you need to reissue, refund or void a ticket after you’ve redeemed your PIN credit(s), you will not receive a redeposit of the redeemed PIN credit(s).
     • United reserves the right to change the terms and conditions of this offer without prior notice.
     • United’s Contract of Carriage will be applicable to all travel undertaken, hereby.

• • One (1) hotel stay at Escala Tagaytay, consisting of 3 days and 2 nights in one (1) Deluxe Room with 2 beds, including daily breakfast for 2 guests, presented by Escala Tagaytay. The following terms apply to the Escala Tagaytay gift certificate:
    • Validity: One (1) year from the date of issuance.
    • Eligible Check-In Days: Sunday through Thursday only.
    • Blackout Dates: Holidays and peak season dates are excluded, including December 15, 2026 through January 5, 2027.
    • Extended Stays: A discounted rate may be made available to the winner upon request for stays beyond the certificate period, subject to availability and at Escala Tagaytay’s discretion.

The prize is awarded to one (1) individual winner only. The approximate retail value (“ARV”) of the United Airlines prize component is $1,200 USD, based on the round-trip economy airfare between the winner’s designated U.S. departure city and Manila, Philippines, as of the date these Official Rules were issued. The approximate retail value of the Escala Tagaytay prize component is $375 USD, based on the prevailing rate for a three (3) day, two (2) night stay in one (1) Deluxe Room as of the date these Official Rules were issued. Total ARV of all prize components is $1,575 USD. Sponsor’s determination of ARV is final. Actual value may vary due to fluctuations in airfare, exchange rates, seasonal hotel pricing, or the winner’s chosen departure city, and any difference between the stated ARV and actual value at the time of award will not be paid in cash or otherwise credited to the winner. The prize is non-transferable, has no cash value, and may not be substituted except at the sole discretion of the Philippine Department of Tourism North America and Industry’s Finest LLC, which reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if a component becomes unavailable.

5. WINNER SELECTION
   One (1) winner will be selected by random drawing from all eligible entries received during the Promotion Period. The odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received. The drawing will take place on or around October 16, 2026. The winner will be notified via the contact information provided at the time of entry. The winner will be required to provide their full legal name to verify eligibility prior to being awarded the prize.

6. WINNER NOTIFICATION AND ELIGIBILITY VERIFICATION
   If a winner cannot be contacted within five (5) business days of notification, or is found to be ineligible for any reason, the prize may be forfeited and an alternate winner selected at Philippine Department of Tourism North America and Industry’s Finest LLC’s discretion. Philippine Department of Tourism North America and Industry’s Finest LLC reserve the right to verify eligibility prior to awarding the prize.
7. GENERAL CONDITIONS
   Philippine Department of Tourism North America and Industry’s Finest LLC (collectively, the “Sponsor”) reserve the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the Sweepstakes at any time for any reason. All federal, state, provincial, and local laws and regulations apply. Void where prohibited. Entrants are responsible for ensuring their entry is complete and accurate; incomplete or inaccurate entries may be disqualified. By entering, participants agree to these Official Rules and to the use of their name and likeness for promotional purposes without additional compensation, where permitted by law.
8. Expenses and Taxes
   All other expenses not specifically stated herein, including but not limited to baggage fees, meals (except where explicitly included), ground transportation, domestic airfare, travel insurance, passports/visas, and incidental charges, are the sole responsibility of the winner. The winner is responsible for all applicable federal, state, provincial, and local taxes.

9. Release of Liability
   By participating, entrants agree to release and hold harmless the Sponsor, prize providers, and their respective affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any and all liability, loss, or damage of any kind arising from or in connection with participation in the Sweepstakes or acceptance, possession, use, or misuse of any prize.

10. Privacy
    Information collected from entrants will be used solely for the administration of the Sweepstakes and in accordance with the Sponsor’s privacy policy. Entrants who separately provide explicit opt-in consent may also receive promotional emails from the Sponsor and its partners, where permitted by law, including in compliance with Canada’s Anti-Spam Legislation (CASL) for Canadian residents.

11. SPONSOR
    This Sweepstakes is administered by Industry’s Finest LLC on behalf of the Philippine Department of Tourism North America. Prize components are provided by United Airlines and Escala Tagaytay. This promotion is not sponsored, endorsed, or administered by, or associated with, any social media platform on which it may be promoted.

12. DISPUTE RESOLUTION AND GOVERNING LAW
    This Sweepstakes and these Official Rules shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute arising out of or relating to this Sweepstakes shall be resolved exclusively through binding individual arbitration and shall not be brought as a class action. By entering, participants waive any right to participate in a class action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration.
